Beau Benjamin Realty Group is a three-person team based in Westfield, Indiana, working across Hamilton County — including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Zionsville — as well as the broader Indianapolis metro. Each member came to real estate a different way, and together they bring firefighting instincts, deal volume, and hands-on transaction care to every closing.

Beau Benjamin — Team Lead

Beau’s path into real estate started young, in a college rental, watching the guy who came to the door on the first of every month to collect rent. He’s been investing in real estate since 2007 and selling full time since 2017. He was named Rookie of the Year in his first year, has made Presidents Club every year since, and has racked up 246 closings so far.

Steve Hayes — Firefighter Turned REALTOR®

Steve Hayes spent more than 25 years as a firefighter before he sold his first house. That career shaped how he works with buyers and sellers today: he met people on the worst day they’d ever had, and what they needed first was someone to trust. He carries that same principle into real estate, treating a home purchase — the biggest purchase most people ever make — with the weight it deserves.

Julian Shearer — Transaction Coordination and Sales

Julian’s interest in real estate started early. At 14, he asked his family’s realtor so many questions that his dad told him to knock it off — then, two weeks later, told him to look into it for real. Today Julian handles transaction coordination and sells. Rather than juggling a heavy caseload like an agent thirty years into the business might carry ten deals at once, Julian intentionally carries two or three, keeping his focus tight on the clients he’s working with.
